Arrival
Please check-in at the reception desk at the hotel. There will be a seperate registration desk in the lobby of the hotel.

Shuttles
We offer a bus shuttle from and to the Miltenyi Biotec S.L. location during the day.

Hotel and meals

We are pleased to offer you the accommodation rates for the NH National Hotel in the beautiful city of Madrid. We have negotiated exclusive rates which include breakfast and VAT. Please find the details of our rates below:

- March 25, 2026: EUR 254.55
- March 26, 2026: EUR 253.59

Please note that the payment for the rooms will be made on-site at the hotel upon check-out.

All food and drinks will be provided during the meetings and for all scheduled dinners.
